Clean and drinking water project for Laviktwa's Community.

The main project that PLAA has been working on is a clean and drinking water system for the community of Laviktwa.  The community has experienced for the last three years some struggles to find clean and drinkable water.  The city has old system that has been around for 40 plus years and the system is no longer functional; therefore the population has not had any alternative to find water to survive , they have travel kilometers to find water.
